Returns Policy

Online shopping can be like blind dating. Did your ideal Tiff look perfect to you, but the connection just wasn’t there? Is someone else now looking a lot more attractive, or is more willing to carry your things? Within 14 days of purchase you can exchange your bag for another item, or a credit note, providing your bag is completely unused, has the original tags attached and you provide your original receipt. If the item you now want costs less than your original choice, we’ll give you a credit note for the difference.
